Dr. Charles Lowery impacted so many lives - he was extraordinary - a man of character: loyal, kind, trustworthy, honest, caring, intelligent and just. He played a vital role for College Choice Foundation as an editor, but also as a believer. From the beginning, he was so excited about our mission and wanted to help. Charles always wanted to "hear the latest" - he bragged on us to everyone he met.

He formed a special bond with our students, interacting with them as they struggled to finalize their essays. Many of them have written about how much he meant to them.  We will miss him dearly.
